Bijoy joins the Fulcrum team with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College (BC). During his time in school he focused on supporting entrepreneurs and investors on campus through his involvement in the Shea Center for Entrepreneurship. He served on the student board for the center and was the Co-President of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Association where he was able to help educate students on the alternative investment industry.

Bijoy interned at Amity Ventures and Goldman Sachs in between school years where he was able to learn more about venture capital and was exposed to the operations of a big bank. During school, he served as an Ignite Venture Capital Fellow for Glasswing Ventures where he worked with other Boston-area students to source deep tech startups for the firm. While on campus, Bijoy also co-founded the first-ever student-led venture capital firm at Boston College through a partnership with SSC Venture Partners, a venture fund dedicated to investing in the BC community.

After graduation, Bijoy started a fellowship with Venture for America (VFA) to continue working in an entrepreneurial setting. The VFA Fellowship is a two-year program where recent graduates work at startups and entrepreneurship support organizations in one of 13 developing cities across the United States. Bijoy is a Class of 2022 VFA Fellow and serves as one of the leads for the Kansas City, MO City Leadership Council.
